Acenet automatically allows a 10 Day Grace Period before services are suspended for late payment. For example, if your invoice is due on August 5th you have until August 15th until your service will suspend.
If you are able to pay within the 10 Day Grace Period, there is no need to make a support ticket. If you need longer than the 10 days, please contact us to make special arrangements.
