How can I find my Cpanel username

Below are instructions on how you can find your cPanel username if you have a shared web hosting plan with Acenet.

[1] Log into your Client Area

If you do not have access to your Client Area with us, you can request a password reset here:

[2] Click on Services and then My Services.

[3] Next to the hosting package you are wanting to find the cPanel username of, click on View Details.

[4] Click on Change Password.

[5] Your cPanel username will be provided next to Username/Password.
